Level 3 – low VET: Knowledge and Basic Skills

Individuals at this level demonstrate advanced cognitive and practical skills, allowing them to generate solutions to specific problems within their domain. This involves a higher level of critical thinking and the application of knowledge to address nuanced challenges in their chosen field.
