Level 3 – low VET: Knowledge and Basic Skills

Level 4 – high VET: Theoretical Knowledge and Problem Solving

Level 4 entails a deeper understanding of both factual and theoretical knowledge within broader contexts of a particular field of work or study. Individuals at this level demonstrate advanced cognitive and practical skills, allowing them to generate solutions to specific problems within their domain. This involves a higher level of critical thinking and the application of knowledge to address nuanced challenges in their chosen field.
